Server Enhancements: Pan Poker

•  Split Tops option now presented when four or more players are playing, but only two keep their hand. Defaults to 'no.
•  Shorter 'Sit Out' time limit
•  Timed out players set to absent immediately
•  Easier resuming when previously absent
•  Forced play if following player is flat on the board
