Q. I have received an error that says my software has expired or it has been corrupted or has performed an illegal operation, what do I do now? The program immediately checks for an upgrade when it is started. If there has been a new version released, or if you are running the program for the first time, an upgrade is required. The program that performs the upgrade is called Action.exe. After the upgrade, the program that connects you to our servers is Act.exe. Once it has started please allow the software it to finish the upgrading process.

A firewall or virus protection program may interrupt the upgrading process. You may either disable these security programs or allow act.exe TCP/IP access on port 8085, and allow action.exe HTTP access on port 80.

If you have retried after making these modifications, and the process is still not successful, you will need to re-download the software. Once it has started please allow the software it to finish the upgrading process.

Q. How can I check the outcome of a hand?
English Harbour Poker only keeps track of real money game hand details. To check your real money game details from the game lobby go to the "Options" menu selection, followed by clicking on the "Reports" button. Your default internet browser will then start and you will able to search for the outcomes of all the games you have played.
